Main purpose and scope of application

CJ19 series switching capacitor contactor is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage to 380V/660V power system, for low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment to put or cut capacitors to improve power factor. The contactor is equipped with an inrush current suppression device, which can effectively reduce the impact of the closing inrush current on the capacitor, and can replace the original switching device consisting of three XD1 current-limiting reactors and a CJ10 contactor.

Working principle
When the control circuit is energized, the contactor is closed, and the upper main contact connected in the current-limiting resistance line is connected before the lower main contact, so as to suppress the inrush current. After the completion, it will be disconnected and reset instantly, during which the lower main contact The head enters normal work, and when the circuit is disconnected, it is completed by the lower main contact. Each performs its duties. Because the current-limiting resistor is connected instantaneously, it will not cause long-term power waste and burnout of the resistor.

Working conditions
1. The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;
2. The upper limit of the ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, and the lower limit should not be lower than -5℃;
3. The relative humidity of the installation site should be +40 at the highest temperature The temperature does not exceed 50%, and the relative humidity can be higher at a lower temperature. The monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed +20℃, and the average maximum relative humidity of the month does not exceed 90%, due to temperature changes. Measures must be taken for the condensation on the product;
