Main purpose and scope of application
ZUFK series intelligent composite switches (composite switches for short) have two types: common compensation and separate compensation switches. The common compensation switch is used to switch three-phase capacitors and adopts the delta connection; the separate compensation switch is used to switch single-phase. The capacitor adopts the Y-shaped connection method. The composite switch uses a thyristor switch and a magnetic latching switch to run in parallel, which has the advantage of zero-crossing switching of the thyristor at the moment of turning on and off, and has the advantage of zero power consumption of the magnetic latching switch during the normal on period. The composite switch has significant advantages such as no impact, low power consumption, and long life. It can replace contactors or thyristor switches and is widely used in the field of low-voltage reactive power compensation.

Indicator instructions

3. When the delay indicator light is on, it means that the switch has a control signal input and the closing indicator light is on. However, the default capacitor discharge delay can not be closed immediately. At this time, the delay indicator flashes, and the delay will be delayed after the discharge delay has passed. When the indicator goes out, put the switch on.

Note
1. The connection between the sub-compensation switch and the capacitor adopts the Y-shaped connection, that is, the three output terminals of the switch are connected to one end of three single-phase capacitors, and the other end of the capacitor is connected to the neutral line.
2. If the compound switch is used when the harmonic content is greater than 5%, it is recommended to take harmonic control measures according to the situation.
3. The compound switch is not suitable for places where frequent switching is required. It is recommended that the switching interval be greater than 30 seconds.
4. Vertical installation, fixed diagonally, using upper and lower two layers of U-shaped channel steel for fixing, and it is forbidden to use iron plates for sealing and fixing.
5. When using a composite switch, pay attention to the proper selection of capacity specifications and reliable wiring.
6. When using a single-phase composite switch, the neutral line of the single-phase capacitor must be in good contact, otherwise it will likely cause damage to the composite switching power supply neutral line carrying too high neutral current.

Ordering instructions
1. For the split-compensation switch, the capacity of the capacitor refers to the sum of the capacity of the three single-phases.
2. There are two control modes for the split-compensation switch, which respectively support the controller output adopting the public positive terminal or the public negative terminal. If the company's supporting power factor automatic compensation controller is used, the public positive terminal output will be adopted.
3. Selection of heating current for composite switch: usually 60A for capacity not greater than 20kvar, 80A for 21kvar-30kvar, and 100A for (31 -40)kvar.
