JR36-20 Thermal overload relay

Main purpose and scope of application
JR36 series bimetallic thermal overload relay (hereinafter referred to as thermal relay), suitable for AC 50Hz, working voltage to 690V, current 0.25A~160A long-term work or intermittent long-term work of general AC motor overload and Lack of phase protection can also be used for capacitor overload protection. The relay has overload and lack of phase protection, temperature compensation, action flexibility check, manual reset and automatic reset, it is a new generation of ideal products to replace JRl6B series.
Products comply with standards such as GB14048.4, GB14048.5, IEC60947-4-1 and IEC60947-5-1.

Model and meaning

Working conditions
1. Altitude: no more than 2000m;
2. Ambient temperature: -50°C~+40°C, the average value of 24h does not exceed 35°C;
3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the highest temperature is +40°C , The maximum relative humidity is 90% (20℃). Special measures must be taken for condensation on the product due to temperature changes;
4. Pollution level: 3;
5. The installation tilt angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface should not exceed ±5°, and there should be no significant vibration and impact at the installation site ;
6, the main circuit using the basic categories AC-3, AC-15 auxiliary circuit or DC-13, the operating frequency (average) 15 / h.

Structural features
In addition to overload protection and phase loss protection, this relay also has the following structural features: 1. Temperature compensation structure;
2. Action flexibility check;
3. Convertible manual reset or automatic reset device;
4. Manual A device that disconnects normally closed contacts.

Note: If JR36 series thermal overload relay is used as overcurrent protection of capacitor (0.4kV~0.45kV), please refer to the column of "equipped capacitor" for selection; if used for motor or other equipment protection, please select according to current specifications type.

Instructions
for use 1. In order to make the setting current of the thermal relay match the rated current of the load, you can turn the adjusting knob to align the required current value with the white arrow. There may be some error between the current value on the knob and the setting current value. In actual use, it is slightly deflected according to the situation. If you need to set the current value between the two scales, you can turn the adjusting knob proportionally and adjust it appropriately in actual use.
2. The thermal relay is adjusted to the automatic reset mode when leaving the factory. If you want to adjust to manual reset, you can reverse the screw in the side hole of the thermal relay about three or four turns.

Ordering instructions
1. When ordering, the model, name, rated operating current, thermal element setting current range and order quantity should be indicated. For example: 20 sets of JR36-20 thermal relays with rated current of 5A.
2. When the product leaves the factory, the main circuit and auxiliary circuit terminals are not equipped with protective covers. If the user needs, please explain to the manufacturer.
