JR36 series bimetallic thermal overload relay (hereinafter referred to as thermal relay), suitable for AC 50Hz, working voltage to 690V, current 0.25A~160A long-term work or intermittent long-term work of general AC motor overload and Lack of phase protection can also be used for capacitor overload protection. The relay has overload and lack of phase protection, temperature compensation, action flexibility check, manual reset and automatic reset, it is a new generation of ideal products to replace JRl6B series.
Products comply with standards such as GB14048.4, GB14048.5, IEC60947-4-1 and IEC60947-5-1.

Model and meaning

Working conditions
1. Altitude: no more than 2000m;
2. Ambient temperature: -50°C~+40°C, the average value of 24h does not exceed 35°C;
3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the highest temperature is +40°C , The maximum relative humidity is 90% (20℃). Special measures must be taken for condensation on the product due to temperature changes;
4. Pollution level: 3;
5. The installation tilt angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface should not exceed ±5°, and there should be no significant vibration and impact at the installation site ;

Instructions
for use 1. In order to make the setting current of the thermal relay match the rated current of the load, you can turn the adjusting knob to align the required current value with the white arrow. There may be some error between the current value on the knob and the setting current value. In actual use, it is slightly deflected according to the situation. If you need to set the current value between the two scales, you can turn the adjusting knob proportionally and adjust it appropriately in actual use.
2. The thermal relay is adjusted to the automatic reset mode when leaving the factory. If you want to adjust to manual reset, you can reverse the screw in the side hole of the thermal relay about three or four turns.
