high-voltage shunt capacitor complete set (hereinafter referred to as the device) is mainly used in the three-phase power system of 6kV, 10kV, and 35kV at the power frequency to adjust and balance the voltage of the substation network, improve the power factor, and reduce the loss. Improve the quality of power supply.
This product complies with: National Standard GB/T30841-2014 (our company is the main drafting unit of this standard).

Model and meaning

Note 1: A means Y wiring, B means YY wiring.
Note 2: K stands for open delta voltage protection, C stands for voltage differential protection, and L stands for neutral line unbalanced current protection.

Structural features
1. The 6-10kV device consists of high-voltage switchgear (including circuit breakers, high-voltage isolation switches, current transformers, relay protection, measuring instruments), series reactors, discharge coils, zinc oxide arresters, grounding switches, and a single capacitor It is composed of fuse, shunt capacitor, connecting bus and steel frame for protection. The double star type also includes current transformers for neutral line unbalanced current protection.

capacitor bank is composed of one incoming cabinet and several capacitor cabinets according to different capacity specifications. A discharge coil, a grounding switch and a zinc oxide lightning arrester are installed in the incoming cabinet. The capacitor cabinet includes shunt capacitors, a fuse for single capacitor protection, and a transparent observation window on the door panel.
(b) Frame type
Capacitor bank includes incoming wire rack and capacitor frame. The entire device structure is divided into several sections, and then assembled on site. A discharge coil, a grounding switch, and a zinc oxide lightning arrester are installed in the wire inlet frame. There are also current transformers for neutral line unbalanced current protection for double-star connections. The capacitor structure includes parallel capacitors and fuses for single capacitor protection. A steel mesh fence can be set outside the frame or a steel mesh door can be set on the frame.
(c) Collective type
Collective type is a method of capacitor bank composed of collective parallel capacitors. The collective structure includes series reactors, collective parallel capacitors and discharge coils.

The 35kV device is composed of high-voltage switchgear (including high-voltage circuit breakers, current transformers, relay protection, measurement and indication parts), series reactors, discharge coils, zinc oxide arresters, single protective fuses, shunt capacitors, etc. . The double star connection also has a current transformer for neutral line unbalanced current protection. The devices are all frame structures.
4. Wiring of series reactor The
hollow reactor is installed before the capacitor bank, that is, the power supply side, and the iron core reactor is installed after the capacitor bank, that is, the neutral point side of the device.
